We’re pausing on this Indigenous People's Day to honor and pay tribute to the Wahpekute Dakota people, on whose native lands Two Bettys is located. We recognize that this land was taken without permission, despite agreements, and that continues to impact indigenous people to this day. Today, we also hope to raise awareness of the violence against Native people, particularly women.
