- We pay a living wage, with most cleaners earning $23/hour after their first year
- Paid on-the-job training (no cleaning experience necessary)

Becoming a Two Bettys cleaner is ideal if you’re a parent working around your kids’ schedule, an artist looking for a day job, or a student needing employment that works with your class schedule. Cleaning for Two Bettys provides the income and flexibility you need.
No Toxic Chemicals
Instead of exposing employees and clients to harsh chemical cleansers, Two Bettys only uses non-toxic, eco-friendly cleansers that are fruit, vegetable and vinegar-based.
In other words, the cleaning chemicals Bettys use are as dangerous as a salad. Taking great care of our Bettys, clients and the environment is just one way we’re making a difference.
