Anna Tsantir, Two Betty’s founder lady, recently participated in the community office hours event on May, 26TH! Thank you to Jason Chavez(@jchavez), Robert Lilligren and Yassin Osman for hosting this event.⁠

During the session, Anna remarked the pressing need for improved communication and connection in the Longfellow, Lake Street Corridor and 3rd Precinct areas. Also discussed was the need to focus on the impact of the B Line decision, and how it affects businesses that are trying to recover after a pandemic and the uprisings.⁠
⁠
Robert, Yassin, and Jason, your presence and updates were invaluable. We eagerly look forward to finding ways to improve communication, strengthen connections, and restore trust within our community.⁠

Celebrate the strength and beauty of trees! Meet a tree person on stilts, learn about trees on a guided walk, and create wood crafts. ⁠

These free events are family-friendly and open to all, with a focus on Black, Indigenous, and people of color communities. ⁠
